On-Tech Consulting, Inc. is a technology consulting firm
focused on delivering E-Rate funding to schools and libraries.

In addition to obtaining E-Rate funding for your school or library,
On-Tech can offer a full range of network design, integration and
support, as part of a project or on an ongoing basis.  Our staff is
Microsoft™ and Cisco™ certified, and we have years of experience
setting up data and voice networks in schools.

Technology Advice

Schools and libraries often don't have the technology they need
because they don't know the questions to ask. On-Tech will make
an Automation Review of your library or school and recommend
computer and telephone systems to improve efficiency and cut

costs. On-Tech is not an agent for any equipment or service

vendor, so we are able to provide objective advice.

Telecommunications Audit

On-Tech will review your telephone and Internet access bills and identify opportunities to cut costs. On-Tech works on a contingency
basis, so if we don't find any savings for you, you owe us nothing.

Technology Training

On-Tech can deliver one-on-one or group training at your facility, so your staff members learn new computer skills on the computers they
will use to do their work.  We offer a wide range of training in computer use, including all the Microsoft Office applications. On-Tech is
registered with the NJDOE as a Professional Development Provider.

Technology Project Management

Many libraries and schools find they do not have the technology and project management expertise in-house to manage technology projects. In addition, a project will demand human resources which you do not have, but the need is short-term and frequently not full-time, making hiring additional staff impractical.  Since On-Tech does not resell the hardware or software, we are in a good position to be your advocate with the vendors, making sure the proposals meet your needs with no unnecessary costs.

Technology Funding

With our combination of technology and fiscal experience, and years of experience working inside school districts, we are uniquely suited to advise schools on technology financing.  Certainly the largest source of income for schools
is the E-Rate, which can provide discounts on telephone and Internet access for every district. We also work with districts to evaluate the desirability of joining Verizon's Access New Jersey program, which can provide discounts on digital circuits.  Finally, we will review each
district's telecommunications and Internet access fees to identify unnecessary expenditures and recommend cost-saving measures.
